The plant was set up in Jamkhed intended to provide quality packaged drinking water to the masses in different categories. Future Plans – The Group constantly tries to upgrade the manufacturing and packaging process with the latest machinery and equipment to provide the best quality packaged drinking water. Furthermore, the Group plans to introduce other products such as fruit juices, sodas, and related products in the market shortly. The plant produced 1500 boxes of mineral water in the initial stages. The plant produces 250ml, 500ml, and 1000ml of packaged drinking water bottles. 

Until 2018, the product was supplied in a radius of 100km of Jamkhed, whereas currently, the Bafna Mineral Water is sold all over Maharashtra under the label Jalmoti Aqua. The plant has undergone upgrades over the years. After the initial establishment capacity of 1500 boxes per day, the plant was upgraded in 2016 with a 60 bpm line to produce 4,000 boxes per day. In 2020, the plant underwent further upgrades with a total manufacturing capacity of 10,000 boxes per day through a 120 bpm line. The product range was also increased to include 20 litre jars.

Dedicated Chemestry & Microbiology Lab.

The mineral water plant has a dedicated chemistry and microbiology lab for product testing. Moreover, the product undergoes a rigorous 58 test set by the Bureau of Indian Standards. The product undergoes a leading four-step process to provide the best possible packaged drinking water.

USA-Based Filtration Technology.

Filtration – Use of US-based filtration technology that utilizes the process of EMF+SPRING+SILVER+GAC+UV AND OZONATION. This process is used only at Bafna Mineral Water in entire Maharashtra boosts water purity and removes any harmful elements in the water.

Bottle Blowing With Vortex Technology.

Bottle Blowing – The use of vortex technology enables the removal of any harmful germs. Any contamination from bacteria or other invisible organisms is treated through vortex technology. The installed process has an hourly capacity to treat 8200 bottles.

The 150 bpm Concept Technology.

Bottle Filling – The 150 bpm concept technology used to auto-fill, rinse and cap the bottles provide immense efficiency in the process resulting in a high turnaround of raw materials into finished products.

Labeling and Packaging.

Labeling and Packaging – The final process involves labeling the bottles as per their
appropriate batch number and other details and packing the bottles in boxes.
